Primary Expertise
Dr. Hu is experienced with molecular endocrinology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. He is interested in genomic and proteomic data analysis and data mining from biomedical literature and molecular biology databases. He currently works on gene expression and proteomic data functional analysis and its system's development, with focus on biological pathway and network analysis. He also works on literature based data mining and protein curation, protein family classification and protein ontology developemnt.
